University Club at College Park. 2 Surf Club men need a third person to sublet in a two bedroom University Club apartment beginning January 2009. You would have your own bedroom. Lease runs from January 1, 2009-July 31, 2009, although arrangements could be made for move in after finals in December. $533/month includes utilities. $300 Security Deposit, $50 application fee, $50 administrative fee. Assigned parking space $30/month if needed. Non-smoker.
