I like the pre-and-post semester excursions offered through Study Australia, but I am more interested in Macquarie University. Do you have any of these excursions available for the Maryland-in-Australia program?

There are a number of different excursions available to you on the Maryland-in-Australia program. Students will attend a pre-departure orientation at UM, then participate in a week-long orientation at Macquarie. Past orientations have included several excursions to Sydney, a Welcome Party, a University Fair, brunch at Sydney Harbor, trips to the beach, and a weekend getaway to the Blue Mountains. In addition, it is easy and cost-effective to travel around Australia on the weekends, or even following the conclusion of the semester
